Lemon Pepper With Ginger And Dill

Ingredients:

  • ½ cup fresh chopped dill
  • 2-3 lemons
  • ½ cup extra virgin olive oil
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons finely grated ginger
  • salt
  • pepper

Directions:

In a bowl, add the olive oil, dill, brown sugar, ginger, the zest of 1 lemon, about ½ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, a dash of salt, and a dash of ground black pepper to desired taste. Then mix together. You can use the marinade on the fish right away, or cover and store it in the refrigerator for up to 8 hours.

Tarragon Mustard Sauce Marinade

Ingredients:

  • 1 cup sour cream
  • ¼ cup Dijon mustard
  • ½ teaspoon tarragon
  • ½ teaspoon sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon hot pepper sauce


Directions:

Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Generously rub the marinade into the fish. Cover and put it in the refrigerator for about 5 to 15 minutes, but no longer than 20 minutes prior to cooking.

If using only as a sauce, warm the ingredients for about 1 minute in the microwave on high.
