Here's a few of our favorite fish marinades that I know you will love. They are pretty easy to put together, and add such an impact of great flavors to your favorite fish dishes.
Go from an ordinary fish dish to an extraordinary meal!
In a bowl, add the olive oil, dill, brown sugar, ginger, the zest of 1 lemon, about ½ cup of freshly squeezed lemon juice, a dash of salt, and a dash of ground black pepper to desired taste. Then mix together. You can use the marinade on the fish right away, or cover and store it in the refridgerator for up to 8 hours.
Combine all of the ingredients in a bowl and mix well. Generously rub the marinade into the fish. Cover and put it in the refridgerator for about 5 to 15 minutes, but no longer than 20 minutes prior to cooking.
If using only as a sauce, warm the ingredients for about 1 minute in the microwave on high.
