Fishing Photo Contest Terms And Conditions

FRESHWATER FISHING PHOTO CONTEST TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

NO PURCHASE, PAYMENT OR DONATION NECESSARY
Contest Void where prohibited by law. Contest begins at 1:00 P.M. PT, February 10, 2010, and all entries must be received by 11:59 P.M. PT, November 1, 2010. Then you vote to decide the winner. All times are Pacific Standard Time (PST).

Odds of winning are dependant on the number of entrants and participating voters.

HOW TO ENTER
Go to the Freshwater Fishing - The FishingLoft.com website, (https://www.fishingloft.com/fishing-photo-contest-2011.html) and complete the online submission form.

Once submitted, entries and photographs become the sole property of Sponsor ("Freshwater Fishing" - www.FishingLoft.com) and will not be returned.

Sponsor is not responsible for lost, interrupted, or unavailable network, server, or other connections, miscommunications, failed phone or computer hardware or software or telephone transmissions or technical failures, garbled or jumbled transmissions or other errors of any kind, whether human, mechanical, or electronic; including without limitation the incorrect or inaccurate capture of entry information online.

SELECTION OF WINNERS AND JUDGING CRITERIA
All eligible entries will be judged by visitor popularity voting, along with the staff approval at www.fishingloft.com for determining the final decision. The judging and voting criteria to be used will be based on popular votes. If there is a tie or an extremely close popular vote count, the staff will make it's final decision for the winner from the 5 star ratings, commentary responses, originality and the coolness factor of the photos, and the quality of the write-up. Judging will commence on November 2, 2011, and will end approximately 7 days thereafter, on November 9, 2011. Only one (1) vote, per photo, per email address shall be permitted.

The winners will be notified within the week following sometime around November 16, 2011, and once votes are tallied, via e-mail and/or by visual findings on the website (www.fishingloft.com). By participating, entrants agree to the Official Rules and the decisions of the judges, which shall be final and binding in all respects.

CONTEST PRIZES
One (1) winner (not necessarily the first place photo contestant) will be chosen by us (the staff of www.fishingloft.com) to have their fishing photo representing the website on nearly every single page for our fishing pictures submission pages. The next runners up may also be featured throughout the website as well.

The 1st (first) place winner will receive a $50 Bass Pro Shops Outdoor World Gift Card.

The 2nd (second) place winner will receive a $30 Bass Pro Shops Gift Card.

The 3rd (third) place winner will receive a $20 Bass Pro Shops Gift Card.

All three winners will also be awarded a special prize package consisting of a set of fishing lures from our sponsor.

Additional prizes may be added upon the www.fishingloft.com staff discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to change the prizes to equal or higher value.

ELIGIBILITY
Contest void where prohibited by law. All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply.

CONDITIONS OF PARTICIPATION
Winners will be notified by e-mail and/or by checking back into the website for a visual notification of the winner once the contest has ended. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, or suspend the contest should viruses, bugs, unauthorized human intervention, or other causes beyond the control of Sponsor corrupt or impair the administration, security, or fairness of the contest. In such event, winners will be selected from all eligible entries received up to the time of such cancellation, termination, or suspension.

Submission of an entry constitutes the irrevocable grant to Sponsor of all rights in the entry, all rights to publish, use, adapt, edit, and/or modify such entry in any way and in any and all media, without limitation, and without consideration or acknowledgment to the entrant and the unconditional right to use the photograph and statements about the promotion for advertising/publicity purposes without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Email addresses submitted to www.fishingloft.com will not be shared, sold, or disclosed to third parties, except as required by law.

By entering, participants release Freshwater Fishing - www.FishingLoft.com from any and all liability for any injuries, losses, or damages of any kind caused by participation in the contest or the acceptance, possession, or use/misuse of a prize or participation in any prize-related activities.

UPON CONTEST COMPLETION:
Once the contest has expired, all entries will be moved, grouped, and placed in appropriate categories determined by the species of fish found in the photograph and/or as sponsor feels deeming. Sponsor reserves the right to move, remove, or replace the photo of the selected winner of the contest at any time the sponsor feels the need to make a change throughout the website.
