I have a copy of this fish recipe cookbook and have been thoroughly impressed. This ebook goes above and beyond what anybody would normally expect to find in a recipe book. It is by far one of the best cookbooks that I have ever come across.

It is packed with 305 amazing recipes. There are delicious fish recipes for Salmon, Walleye, Bass, Perch, Crappie, Northern Pike, Lake Trout, Rainbow Trout, fish sauces, batters, marinades, and more.

I've made a few of the fish dishes so far and they've been great. I've even become the star of the evening at our family dinner. My kids aren't really big fans of eating a lot of fish, but they couldn't seem to get enough of these tasteful delights.

I really enjoy barbecuing, so of course I had to try the bbq salmon recipe. That was a definite hit, especially since my kids love bbq sauce. My wife absolutely adores the fish tacos, which she made herself. And the kids are practically begging to know when the next time they can have the fried catfish I made with the homemade batter and tartar sauce recipes.

I can hardly wait to try as many more of the recipes as I can. There are so many that I'm sure it will take awhile. At least I know I won't be running out of ideas anytime soon.

There's also an easy to use guide for different cooking methods with temperature requirements and time limits it generally takes for baking, pan frying, deep frying, grilling, and steaming fish.

This book has become a perfect resource for me when I'm pressed for time and on the go. I'm able to put together a quick and easy meal just as quick as fast food, but am very pleased to know that I'm getting all the healthy nutrition that fish provides, which is also broken down inside the book. It makes me feel good to know that I'm taking care of myself by consuming fish.

Not only that, there is even a section on the proper way of handling fish while angling, and the importance of catch and release fishing, along with some eye opening statistics to back up the theory.
